해외 연자 서울 투어, 전술 대테러 재난의학 교육, 국제 심포지엄 성료

■ 해외 연자 서울 투어
 4월 29일, 순천향대학교 부천병원 재난의학센터는 ‘2025 재난의학 국제 심포지엄’ 참석을 위해 방한한 해외 연자들을 대상으로 서울 주요 명소 투어 프로그램을 진행했습니다. 
 참가자들은 한국의 역사와 문화를 체험하고, 상호 교류 및 학술적 네트워크 형성을 위한 의미 있는 시간을 가졌습니다.


■ 전술 대테러 재난의학 교육 (프리 심포지엄)
 4월 30일 오전, 본 심포지엄에 앞서 순천향대학교 부천병원 재난의학센터는 전술 대테러 재난의학을 주제로 한 실습교육을 시행했습니다.
이번 교육에서는 참가자들이 조별로 환자 분류(Triage), 제독(Decontamination) 등의 절차를 직접 수행하며 재난 대응 역량을 강화했습니다.
또한, 실제 상황을 가정한 시나리오 실습과 Hot Wash(브리핑 회의)를 통해 실전 감각을 향상시키고, 교육 효과를 극대화했습니다.


■ 2025 재난의학 국제 심포지엄 본 행사
 4월 30일 오후, 순천향대학교 부천병원 향설대강당에서 ‘2025 재난의학 국제 심포지엄’이 성황리에 개최되었습니다.
이번 심포지엄은 '전술적 대테러 및 화생방 핵폭발 의학 – 정부 및 민간 분야의 교훈과 향후 방향’을 주제로, 국내외 재난의학 전문가, 정부기관, 군·경찰·소방 관계자, 의료진, 학생 등 80여 명이 참석했습니다.
 주요 세션에서는 ▲과거 사건에서의 교훈 ▲전술 재난의학의 최신 트렌드 ▲정부와 민간의 전략적 협력 모델 구축 방안 등 다양한 주제로 심도 깊은 발표와 토론이 진행되었습니다.
 신희준 재난의학센터장(응급의학과 교수)은 “이번 심포지엄은 학술 교류를 넘어, 실제 재난 대응 모델과 국제 협력 체계 구축에 중점을 둔 자리였다”라고 전했습니다.

■ Overseas Speakers’ Seoul Tour (April 29, Morning)
On April 29, Soonchunhyang University Bucheon Hospital Disaster Medicine Center organized a Seoul city tour program for overseas speakers visiting to attend the 2025 International Disaster Medicine Symposium.
Participants experienced Korea’s history and culture, and had meaningful opportunities for mutual exchange and academic network building.

■ Tactical Counter-Terrorism Disaster Medicine Training (Pre-Symposium, April 30, Morning)
On the morning of April 30, prior to the main symposium, Soonchunhyang University Bucheon Hospital Disaster Medicine Center conducted hands-on training on tactical counter-terrorism disaster medicine.
Participants enhanced their disaster response skills by practicing procedures such as patient triage and decontamination in group exercises.
In addition, scenario-based simulations and Hot Wash (debriefing sessions) were conducted to further improve practical response capabilities and maximize the training’s effectiveness.

■ 2025 International Disaster Medicine Symposium (April 30)
On April 30, the 2025 International Disaster Medicine Symposium was successfully held at the Hyangseol Grand Auditorium of Soonchunhyang University Bucheon Hospital.
The symposium, under the theme of ‘Tactical Counter-Terrorism and CBRN Explosion Medicine – Lessons Learned and Future Directions for Government and Civil Sectors’, brought together more than 80 participants including disaster medicine experts, government officials, military, police and fire service personnel, medical staff, and students.

Key sessions included in-depth presentations and discussions on:
▲ Lessons learned from past incidents
▲ Latest trends in tactical disaster medicine
▲ Strategies to build strategic cooperation models between government and civilian sectors

Professor Hee-Jun Shin, Director of the Disaster Medicine Center (Department of Emergency Medicine), stated,
“This symposium focused not only on academic exchange, but also on designing practical disaster response models and establishing international collaboration systems.”
