• Conducted disaster medicine instructor training activities for the 2023 CEMEC European Disaster Medicine Center International Training and the 2023 CEMEC CBRNe Disaster & Incident Risk Management Course, representing the BIDMC Disaster Medicine Fellowship and Harvard Medical School as a delegate. Collaborated with the University of San Marino - National University, University of Rome Tor Vergata - Department of Electronic Engineering, and Security and Defence Prospects to educate 20 participants including emergency management personnel, emergency medical services, firefighters, government administrators, health officers, law enforcement, military personnel, and public health workers on the basics of CBRNe events and practical exercises in disaster management.

• In October 2023, invited as a guest speaker to the 5th International Mass Gathering Medicine Conference organized by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization (WHO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Presented a keynote lecture on the topic of the 2022 "Itaewon Halloween Stampede Disaster" in the "Crowd Disasters and Countermeasures" section.

• In November 2023, organized a symposium in the capacity of Director of the SCH Disaster Medicine Center. Chaired a panel discussion titled "Is South Korea's Disaster Medical System Prepared for CBRNe and Terrorism?" with representatives from the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Police Agency, the Ministry of National Defense, hospital administrators, fire departments, and infectious disaster experts participating as panelists.

• In December 2023, invited as the first Korean speaker to the 'CBRNe Summit Asia 2023' held in Manila, Philippines. Delivered a keynote lecture titled "Education on CBRNe and Counter-Terrorism Medicine in South Korea" targeting policymakers from Southeast Asian countries.
